What we can help with
- Factual errors. If a number, name, or claim on the site is wrong or out of date, please tell us. A specific page, a specific sentence, and a source if you have one are the most useful.
- Unclear writing. If a passage is hard to follow or could be expressed in plainer language, that is worth telling us about. We rewrite based on this kind of feedback.
- Missing topics. If there is a question you came here looking for and could not find an answer to, we want to know — even if we end up not covering it, the gap is information.
- Accessibility issues. Problems with screen readers, contrast, or any other access barrier.
- Press and editorial inquiries. Reviewer applications, syndication requests, or research collaborations.
What we cannot help with
This is not because we do not care. It is because giving individualized advice without seeing you, your records, your other medications, and your full clinical picture would be unsafe. Your care team has all of those things. We do not.
What happens to your message
Messages are read by the editorial team and treated as confidential. We do not share your email address or your message with anyone outside the team, and we do not add senders to any kind of mailing list. If your message points to an error, we will tell you what we changed and on which page.
We try to respond to every message within two weeks, though sometimes it takes longer. If your note does not require a reply (a kind word, a small clarification), we may simply make the change without writing back — but we still appreciate it.
How to give the most useful feedback
- Name the page (URL or title).
- Quote the sentence or paragraph you mean.
- Say what you think is wrong, unclear, or missing — and what you would expect instead.
- If you have a source (a guideline, a journal article, an FDA label), include the link.
- Tell us if you are okay with us thanking you publicly when we update the page; otherwise we will keep your contribution anonymous by default.
